Information we collect

When you request a Project Fit Review, we may collect your name, company or brand name, email address, phone number, business location, website, and the project information you choose to provide. Project information may include product category, recipe status, production and packaging needs, estimated quantity, sourcing preferences, allergen information, desired timing, requested support, fulfillment interests, and an NDA request.

Please do not submit confidential formula quantities or processing instructions through the initial website form. If a project appears to fit, an NDA can be provided before detailed recipe information is shared.

Technical and website information

Our server and security providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, request timing, and security signals needed to deliver the site, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot service issues. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to help identify automated or abusive form submissions. Cloudflare processes information under its own privacy policy.

This site uses Google Tag Manager to manage Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion measurement. When measurement is allowed, these tools may record page views, referral sources, and interactions such as Project Fit Review link clicks, form starts, successful submissions, and phone or email link clicks. We do not send the contents of your Project Fit Review form to Google Analytics or Google Ads.

We classify identifiable referrals from services such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Copilot, Gemini, Claude, and similar AI tools so we can understand whether those services are helping people find us. This classification uses the referring website or campaign source; it does not read your conversation with an AI service.

Measurement choices

Analytics and advertising storage are denied by default until you allow measurement. If you allow it, we permit analytics and conversion-measurement storage while keeping advertising personalization disabled. Your choice is stored in your browser as granted or denied and can be changed at any time.

When information may be shared

We may share information with service providers that help us operate the website, protect forms, host data, deliver email, manage projects, prepare quotes, process payments, or provide requested laboratory, process-authority, sourcing, freight, or fulfillment support. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transaction. Service providers receive only the information reasonably needed for their role.

Small Batch Co-Pack does not sell information submitted through the Project Fit Review form.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for project review, customer service, operations, recordkeeping, dispute prevention, safety, and legal or contractual requirements. Retention periods can vary by record type and whether a project becomes an active customer relationship.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards intended to protect information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You may choose not to submit the form and contact us by phone instead. You may also contact us to ask about information you previously provided or to request a correction or deletion. Some information may need to be retained for legal, safety, accounting, security, or contractual reasons.

Children's privacy

This website and our co-packing services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the Project Fit Review form.

External links and policy updates

The site may link to Small Batch 3PL, Cloudflare, the customer portal, and other services with separate privacy practices. Review those services' policies before providing information to them.

We may update this policy as our website or practices change. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
